We’ve been eating well for quite some time, but I want to emphasize that it has been a journey. We didn’t ditch all the unhealthy food in our house in one fell swoop; it took us about a year, and we are always making changes! As you move forward in this health journey with your family, visit our website regularly for guidance, and use the Contact Us page to ask questions.

Finding healthy recipes that are easy to make can be a challenge. Many healthy cookbooks, however, contain recipes that you can make beforehand and have them as a snack for a week or two. We will help you with posting our favorite recipes (a full cookbook is in the making), you will find a few quick-make recipes that hopefully enjoy. If you can't find a recipe at the bottom of the page, make up your own! Mix fruits, chop nuts, alter a recipe... be creative! And remember: you can do this!
